Leadership wouldn't be an evil, if one knew how to lead properly, the biggest issue there is EGO. There is always people who feel they need to have every one agree with what they have to say and if one questions them, they get all bent out of shape and have their followers attack the person who should have been free to speak their mind. I've noticed this several times when traveling around different groups, While the most respected members are respected for what ever the accomplishments they may have made, i have seen some of them fly off the handle when making points just to get them to be quiet, This is because they do not agree with what said person is saying. Some have even gone to lengths of kicking people out because of what was said, That's more a dictatorship then true leadership. True Leaders are servant leaders who serve others, as they understand that without the support of everyone provides the leader he or she is really by themselves.

They say helping others leads to happiness of the soul but some help others to heal the wounds of not being able to save some one they cherished the most.

I do agree i have heard through my travels allot of different things, people have claimed to be, and allot of things people said i am.



I personally don't go by a label, I am me, Nothing more nothing less, and like every one we all have our special gifts and talents. but the best policy is to be honest and just be you. This way it shows your not hiding anything.
